Laserfiche Start Page does not show a repository

Hello,

We have an offsite location that we have loaded the LF Client on.  When they go to the Start Page, the repository never loads.   It does not even appear to be trying to.  I believe the attach option is greyed out.

When I bring up a start page to login here at the main site, the repository shows up and I can log in using their credentials.

Hi Christine,

The Attach option should not be greyed out. Please verify that.

The repository is not showing up because the offsite client is unable to receive the repo list broadcast Laserfiche Server puts out over UDP port 5053. You almost certainly have a firewall rule blocking that somewhere. It's not necessary to adjust the firewall if you can Attach the repo manually though.
