TWAIN, the error is just that the scan engine timed out, but we receive this in a fraction of a second, the scanner is still pulling the page through most often. We found that if the page is loaded and ready to go, sometimes we can get the page scanned before the timeout but a longer timeout would help a lot, it is incredibly short.
