We have a business process in place that is used to route entries from one employee to the next.  Sometimes there may be an error, and we have it setup where it can be returned to the previous employee.  When this takes place we change the BP status to "Return to.......".  When the error is corrected it is sent to another group of employees and the BP status is changed again.

Entries don't always go through the Return BP status, but I'm wondering if there is a way to search for these to possibly come up with a "return rate".  Maybe a way to see if a BP was ever in a certain status, even though it may no longer be in that specific status.
