Audit Trail-Set column filters

Hello,

I am in Audit Trail for our Cloud Repository and I have run the failed Login report and I see the Custom Filter. I am trying to figure out how to set that in a Custom Report I want to create, but do not see the Option like the snipshot below:

I have Account Administration rights.

That's a summary of the existing column filters. You can add them by clicking the little funnel icon on the column you want to filter on.
