Error: Stamp not Found Error 9096

I have a staff member making and applying stamps, but is getting the error message in the title - any thoughts?

Hi Robyn

Does the error happen when they create the Stamp, or can they do that with no issue, or then it happens when they attempt to apply the stamp to the page?

They can create and apply the stamp, but they can't save the changes to the document.
