Hello,
We have a Cloud customer with a weird issue occurring in Public Portal. The Public Portal user is set up to access 1 folder at the root level of the repository, and 3 folders inside that folder. However, when viewing their public portal, every folder at the root level of the repository is visible, although trying to open one of them doesn't work. We can navigate to the folders it should have access to and that works, but for some reason, all these other folders are visible. Haven't run into this with any other customer's public portal. Any thoughts on what I'm missing?

It sounds like the Public Portal user has browse access on the root. Is it inheriting it from the everyone group?

Hi Brian,
Here's a screenshot of the permissions applied to the root level of the repository. The 2 users in red are full users.
When viewing effective rights at the root level for the publicportaluser, it shows it has browse rights. I guess I'm not sure where it's getting that from.
EDIT: Got it figured out. The Everyone group had the bypass browse privilege assigned to it in Repository Administration.
