Using QuickFields to scan into incoming folder and workflow to move files on the incoming folder to the target folder

Hi All

I am using quick fields to scan a batch of files, my QF sessions works perfectly,however, i now want to create a workflow which will move the files which i have scanned via QF into my incoming folder, the workflow should take all folders in the incoming folder and move them to a target folder.

I have been trying this and have not been successful.

Please advise else direct me to a tutorial that can show me how to do this?

Hi Ben

Workflow is independent of Quickfields, In your Workflow, you will need to create a starting rule for when an Entry is Created in the Incoming Folder, this will be your trigger, then you use your workflow activities to move the files

You can also trigger the workflow straight from QuickFields in the Document Class Options
