Laserfiche.LicenseManager.UserNotFoundException was thrown

Hello,

Customer sent me their Directory Service-Server-Operational_Logs as they are seeing quit a few entries with this error in the LF Answer title, in the Logfile.

They are not having any issues with LFDS.

They are not using License Manager but I know that there is still the LicenseManagerAppPool and was not sure if there is a correlation between the two.

While I can't speak to your error, "License Manager" is still functionally the name of LFDS under the hood.

The LFDS and LFDSSTS IIS app pools both start with "LicenseManager". The underlying LFDS .NET library is "Laserfiche.LicenseManager".

If they have LFDS and you're seeing a "License Manager" error, that's an LFDS error.
