When viewing currently configured fields that you want displayed or hidden from the second drop-down you can't see what the exact value is if the field name is long. This is the same on the first drop down of the rule to hide or display the specified field. 

It would be useful to have the full text display if you hover over the drop down or have the text selected be highlighted when you click the drop down.
