How to get Multiple records from a Custom query

Hi Team,

 

We are using one custom query and getting more than one records from that  like

and we are assigning the value to a multi valued token. But while running we are getting the token as

 we are not receiving all records from the custom query.

I assume you are talking about Workflow

Are you using a For Loop (For each Value) to write the values to the Multi-Value Token?

If so, you may simply be assigning the wrong variable. Would be easiest if you snipped that part of your workflow (with Summaries) and included it below for review

Yes Laserfiche Workflow.

 

I am using for each row to update that in a token.

Hi Tithi, 

In your Assign Token Value 2 Activity, Your New Value should be from the For Each Row Activity. where you will see the values from the query
