I am trying to use QF OMR on an I-9 form. I use the blank I-9 as my master, choose all of my regions and set the confidence level to 95%. When I process the same exact blank I-9 through QF it is showing that fields are filled in. Can anyone assist with some tips to help clean this process up? The goal is to identify when certain sections of the I-9 form are filled in.
