Export contents and app crashing question.

We have been trying to export our data ( right click a folder and select export contents ) We are able to do 10 folders at a time. Usually during the night the app will crash and we start over. Are there easier ways to do a mass export, but keep file structure? The error we receive in the event log is as follows:

For the crash, you might want to work with your Solution Provider to open a support case. It looks like you're on a very old version so you'll want to consider upgrading.

For the big picture, maybe there's a better way to solve your problem. What's the use case for exporting so much data?
