Empower 2020 PowerPoint Download Issues

Is anyone else having issues downloading the Empower 2020 powerpoints?  I have tried to download it twice now and every time after it downloads, it tells me that Windows cannot open the folder. "The Compressed (zipped) Folder (location on local computer) is invalid.

Try it again. We've had an issue earlier, but the file has been updated now.

Same happened to me. First you have to extract them all from the compressed folder. After opening click on "extract all". You can extract to the same folder or what i did was created a new folder on my desktop and saved all extracted files to that new folder. Now i am able to open each one just fine.
