change default setting in LF cloud WEB client

Customer is a LF cloud account ( 10.4).   

When viewing  (any) documents , words are blurry but if  document is downloaded  and viewed , no issue. 

Default setting is set to Fit Width. Workaround that was found is to change to 50% in dropdown, then click on the - / minus  sign, then again from the dropdown  choose 33% .  User says too many steps.

Is there a way to have 33% be the default?

There isn't a way to change the default. I'd prefer to fix the blurriness. Can you open a support case and attach the problematic image?

We also have the blurry issue when viewing TIFF files with the default zoom in the web client. The current way to solve the issue is to adjust the zoom on the document. Any solution to this issue would help us as well.

Thanks for your reply.  Checked with the customer  who is ok with your answer and the workaround . 

That said, as they are a medical billing company, a sample document can't be sent.  Did tell her that if it becomes more problematic, she would need to find  a non confidential document and send in.
