I have a user who is responsible for importing files from a separate server into Laserfiche, using Laserfiche Client version 9.2. The user has the ability to perform all Feature rights, but she has no Privileges.
Lately this user experienced error code 9009 after the volume ran out of space. We increased the volume so that that user can continue with the import process; however, the user kept receiving the same error.
I tried to import the files from the same server to Laserfiche and it worked for me. I also tried to import sample files from my workstation into Laserfiche Client (I have version 10.1 on my machine) and it worked as well.
My question is what could be causing error 9009 for the user? I am able to perform the import but she cannot. BTW, I am the super admin.
We have Laserfiche Rio 10.3 installed in our premises. Thanks.
