Hello,

I deal with lots of network changes in my organization and it seems like something they did broke the office integration on one person's computer. when clicking the save attachment to Laserfiche option in Outlook, we got a message about checking the Laserfiche server URL. So I unstalled the office integration and reinstalled 10.4. Just the office integration, no think client or anything as I want them using Web Client. Now I'm getting this message.

The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

I can't find where to double-check the connection. This user can access web client no problem and I showed them how to drag the attachment out and then into Laserfiche but I don't know why the integration stopped working. How can I resolve this? Thank you in advance.
