Can you clarify the below information posted on the Salesforce IPaaS Webpage:

"This connector, enabled through our partners, provides a more extensive integration set than the native Laserfiche integration built in to Laserfiche Cloud. Connect with Laserfiche to learn more about our various options for integrating with Salesforce."

When it states "Laserfiche integration" this refers to WF Activities correct? 

Does the setup described on the IPaaS page allow for the Salesforce integration to be accessed from the "More Actions" in the Web Client?

If this is something I need to jump on a Pre-Sales call, let me know and I would be more then happy to do so.

I'm not sure offhand if the iPaaS version is accessible from "More Actions" in the Web Client. I'd recommend reviewing the iPaaS connector docs linked below and if those don't answer your question, asking Presales. Do you have a customer/prospect who already has Boomi or MuleSoft?
