Hello,

I have had several reports, I have experienced myself, of the cursor just spinning.  Then times out.  I was even able to video record it.  2 min 20 sec video and took almost 2 minutes to log in after a few errors.  It happened this am and then again this afternoon...  We stood up Rio in July and haven't had this issue before.  Just wondering where and what to start investigating...

We are load balanced and we get the challenge below often and we also get a few others.  We do not login we are using Windows Authentication.
