Hello,
We have a customer who changed the Default Volume for new documents in the Options Setting-New Documents in the Web Client.
Once this is set they go to load a new Document and the new Volume is not listed.
I had the User log out and back in, new Volume does not show. Is it the same user that edited the Option.
Had the user confirm they have Add Files/Create Documents Access Rights for the new Volume.
Aside from having to edit/clear their LF Attributes, to possibly resolve this, what else could be blocking the user's option from not updating in the Web Client.
