As someone new, I like to see how people are using it, what systems they may have integrated with LF, and how it's used with guardians/external users. I felt like the app was wonderful because it was a constant connection with other folks. Answers is great, like you mentioned, it is only as active as long as there are posts.
I'm sure there is a lot I'm forgetting something.

I would recommend attending a user group! It's a great experience to spend the day with your peers, get to talk more in depth about Laserfiche, and share solutions.
