I have version 9 and lately when we try scan in documents it has become painfully slow and the program freezes and never completes the scan.  I am not sure what to try. I am wondering also where the settings are found to see how the connection to the server is setup. I am wondering if there is an issue when it is trying to connect to our sql server.
