Hello,

There are no offline forms on clouds version?

Also the authentication fort formed is missing I.e. which users can access which forms?

Process automation does not yet support offline forms or any granular process security. For mobile users, we currently only have online form submission. For security, we support global roles from ACS to allow access to designing the process, but there is no process level security for specifying users to be individual process admins, managers or submitters.

Both features are on the roadmap.
