Port achievements into new account Laserfiche Answers

Hi All,
I have joined a new company. For the Laserfiche Answers portal, should I create a new account? In the case of creating a new account, how will my achievements from the previous account be transferred into the new account?

Your badges are already attached to this account. What are you missing?

I can not change the industry in my profile. By creating a new profile, I will be able to change the industry. Is there any other way possible to change the industry in my profile without having to create a new profile?

The industry is based on the company profile (in our internal systems) and not editable for users.
