Connector won't read MS Access subforms since we upgraded to MS Office 2019/Office 365

We have a longstanding LF Connector profile that reads fields from a Microsoft Access form, including a subform.

When we upgraded MS Access (some users to MS Office 2019, others to O365), LF Connector will no longer read the fields on the subform.

Has anyone else had the same problem, and is there a work around?
