Laserfiche Cloud Web Access .. keeps file format as PDF.

In LF windows client you can set it so that all documents are laserfiche pages but when you import from laserfiche web access all documents stay PDF.

How do i change that?

This is controlled by the "Generate pages when importing PDFs" option under Settings | New Document.

My setting for that is correct.

But when im using the web access and i drag and drop a PDF file. the document does not generate Laserfiche pages and it keeps it at PDF. I even select the generate pages check box when completing the upload settings.

Hi Ethan,

Please also make sure that the "Keep original PDF files" option is not selected. Otherwise, you'll end up with the document containing both the original electronic document file as well as Laserfiche pages. Note that on the browse page, the document will use the PDF icon.
