display Repository Named User in directory server

Hello
why when i install directory server the license number of Repository Named User License and the total number of licenses is not displayed but on the administration console it is displayed

how to display it

Does this problem persist after restarting the LFDS service?

i restart LFDS service doesn't work it the same what i can do ?
