Lost Information

Hello,

 

We have submitters that are losing information if they step away from a form and the computer goes to sleep. Has anyone experience this same issue or have a resolution? We are on Forms 10.4.

I have not seen the issue, but if the PC is going to sleep I am wondering if during this periods Forms Session Timeout is expiring your session.

In 10.4 Under Forms Configuration>User Authentication, at the bottom is the section for Session Timeout. You may want to consider Unchecking the Session TImeout option, Extending the timeout or selecting Auto-Save to see if it helps

Thanks for the response. I have the expiration set to 60 minutes and the auto-save checked, but no draft was saved. The form was open, but completely blank when she opened her computer.
