Process Diagram - Creating tokens in an email

I am new to creating process diagrams. I have an email template that I would like to include tokens. How do I create and include tokens in an email that is part of a process diagram

In the Email Task, you can add the Field Tokens from the Form by selecting them from the drop down that appears when you click on the Token Picker
