Is there any way to redact an entire page without having to drag across the whole page?

Not that I'm aware of, but if you zoom out it is much easier to draw a redaction across the entire page.

You can always redact all the words if you generate text and redact all the text via the text pane. You of course would have to be working with documents that have nice text and not hand written notes or things that cannot be OCR'd
