Does anyone else have issues with Laserfiche services showing as started (but not really being started) after a server reboot initiated by server patching?

I have two Laserfiche servers to which this is happening and review of the error logs with my solutions provider has revealed nothing.  A server reboot the morning after patching seems to restart all Laserfiche services.

Forms and Quick Fields are the first to show issues after a patching cycle since those are used first thing by my folks here.

We are version 10.3.1.98
