Initiate a Business Process from Workfow

I am using Invoke Business Process activity to initiate the business process from workflow. In the form that I am initiating, i have an upload field. How do I set value for this using Invoke business process activity?

You cannot send a file over the set business process variables.

However you could send the entry id to a hidden field, and then use the variable of the field, in a web access url.
