Best way to email files as zip from repository

I am looking to have a workflow to email a bunch of files from repository as Zip file to a user. What is the best way to do this?

Hi Priya

In the Workflow Email Activity, under the Email Editor>Advanced Tab, are additional options to configure the Email output. One of those options is to Create a Zip File of the attachments identified to be emailed.

One thing you need to consider is how big the Email will be to ensure it can make it through any email services size limitations
