Good afternoon all! Does anyone know if there is a way to set a template field value type to both date and list? I would like the field to allow the input of a date or select from a list of options.

For example, if a specific date is known, the date would be put in but if the date is uncertain, permanent, or until superseded, those options could be selected from a list.

Is there a way to do this? Thank you!!
