Quick Fields - "Field Error" Errors

Periodically QF sessions will indicate an error assigning a field that is not accurate.

Quick Fields Version: 10.3.0.81

As a workaround...

-> Go to Configure Fields
-> Click on [Reset]
-> Re-select the template
-> Click on [Set]

It seems to be random as to when and which fields start "acting up".

Has anyone else experienced this before?

If so, do you have a more permanent solution?

Is the user typing in the values or are they set with a process like Zone OCR?

For the two examples above:

One is a pattern matching value pulled from a Zone OCR value.
The other is assigned by the classification.

The error can be seen before the session is run.

After re-selecting template (see above) the session runs without error.
If I save the session and re-open it, I continue to have the error with Owner.

I have had this error on and off with different field types since we upgraded to 10.3
