When we add an annotation to a document and look at the Annotations tab on the right hand side we see a list of annotations.  When we right-click on any annotation we see an option called "Move to Page".  This is disabled for everyone. 

1. I looked on your site and could not find any documentation that describes this option so could you tell me what this does?
2. How can we enable this option?

What are users are trying to do is select an annotation on this Annotations tab and when we click on the annotation it will take us directly to this page in the document.  This is especially helpful when we want to jump from annotation to annotation on a very large document (some documents are hundreds of pages).   Is this what this "Move to Page" is supposed to do?

We are using Web Client version 10.3.1
