Have an end user that when signed in to repository "A" they can conduct a search and then once the results have populated they can run the "Download Report" option on those results, which as a result runs successfully. When the same end user then switches to repository "B", with the same access rights/privileges, they run their same exact search and get results as expected.

However, here is the issue, when they choose to "Download Report" (repository "B") the Client application completely crashes and shuts down. There is no error log within the Event Viewer to go off of for troubleshooting; we have already repaired/reinstalled the application with no resolution to the issue; we have verified the user rights/privileges are mirrored between the repositories.

Ideas on what I should be looking for to help them out with a resolution to this issue?
