We recently launched a Weblink Portal to enable the public to search our Healthcare Facility Regulation Inspection Reports. We are seeing an odd behavior on iPhones were both folders and documents have to be clicked twice to open. I checked out some other Weblink sites on my iPhone and am seeing the same thing.

Is this a known issue and if so, is there any resolution for this issue?
