I have three forms processes with multiple approval steps where users come back to the form and attach documents as they are recieved so they need to save these in process forms as drafts until they get all the documents they need. 

When I click save as draft, the little window where you can see the email address with the message about it being in my drafts pop up and then disappears almost immediately and goes to the page "Thank you for your submission" blah blah 

What could possibly be causing this?
