What are the best practices to move Laserfiche Workflow & Forms servers including their SQL DBs from existing environment to new environment without losing, terminating or suspending any of the existing running instances?

Consider that we will be moving Laserfiche server as well and we will be moving LF 10.3.0 to LF 10.3.1 version.

It will be appreciated if high level steps can be mentioned. Thanks
