Laserfiche Client Crash when users try to Restore the document Pane Default Layout

Hello,

Since last week, Laserfiche Client Crash when users try to Restore the document Pane Default Layout.  It works well when we temporarily put the employee administrator on his computer.  Our IT team says they haven't changed anything on users' computers. 

What should we check ?

Is it possible to know where the register is written on the C: ?
