The ability to have a Alternate Field Name assigned to a Form Field that can be triggered with a rule. 

Currently this requires JS to change Forms label and is not a very clean solution or efficient solution.

Like what was done in the Client, I would like to see a feature in Forms when you can add an Alternate Field Label Name that can be shown using a trigger such as the selection of a Radio Button where a Field Rule would be, IF Radio = FR, Use Alternate Label Names.

The use case is when a Customer has the requirement to provide a form in 2 languages such as English or French, English or Spanish, etc

Currently the building of this requires JS to change the Label names, or a second Forms process for the second language
