How to use "Find Entry" to find a specific document?

I have a Form that creates a document and stores it in a Pending Folder, once the employee has finished the task at hand I would like that document to move to a Completed Folder via Workflow.

I don't know if I am doing something wrong but Find Entry only lets me look up a File Path and this Pending Folder can have many Entries in it. The Entries are all named with Tokens so they should be easy to find "Purchase Request <PO Number>".

Am I doing some wrong or is there a better activity to be using?

Find Entry/Entries only retrieves documents by path. If you want to use other criteria, like name or field values, you will need to use Search Repository instead.
