So, I'm working on a test case/poc and needed to transfer some docs from one repository to another. I had already duplicated the template by exporting a document from a repo on SERVER1 (version 9.2.0 build 343) and importing it to a repo on SERVER2 (version 10.4.1 build 350).  This worked as expected.

Then I created a new document in the repo on SERVER2 and updated the template field data.  Exported to a briefcase.  when I try to import on SERVER1 I only get the option to create a new template.  Under Reassign Template, "Use matching template" is grayed out.

Drag and drop between the repos gives the same result as expected.

I'm assuming the version can go up but not down for imports?  Or is something else going on.

IF the poc works I'll be using Workflow to do all this so I don't think this will be an issue, but curious as to why this wasn't working.
