Laserfiche Cloud - Public Portal Views Exceeded and Email Notifications

Hello,

I have a client who has 10,000 monthly public portal views.  What happens once the views exceed the monthly limit?  

Also, the email notifications on the account administration site.  Do these notifications get sent out for approaching the public portal view limit and the form submission limit or just for when an account approaches storage limits (i.e. 10GB)?

The system will not limit or prevent a customer from going over the maximum number of views that they are allotted. Our team will monitor their activity and as long as they are generally averaging at the level they purchased, we will let it slide. If the customer goes 3-4 months of exceeding the limit that they purchased, our team will reach out to discuss options for upgrading them. 

 

There currently are no automated emails that get sent for exceeding Public Portal views or Forms Portal submissions, but there are plans in the future to give Solution Providers access to usage data from their Solution Provider account. For now, you can request that data from your Customer Success Manager.
