I needed the same thing.
Your Laserfiche Admin can update those. Hover your mouse over your profile name on the Virtual Machine download page and choose the "Request Roles" option.
You should be able to find the person in the drop down at the bottom (of the request roles page), who oversees Laserfiche at your company.

Thank you, Christine! I found the Request Roles, but realized all the names are from our partner/vendor. I'm making some inquiries, and will find the right person to grant those permissions :-)
