Retaining redactions when using Quick Fields to bates number documents

I have a set of documents on Laserfiche that have redactions already. When I Bates number them the redactions are not saved. What am I doing wrong here?

I have the same problem. Is there a fix? My only option is to now export the redacted documents and import them again.

You need to turn on the option to retrieve annotations in Capture Engine's Document Content tab. The user logged into Capture Engine needs to be able to see through redactions on these documents as well.
