There is an error in the workflow activity "Assign Rights"

(Some or all identity references could not be translated.)

It's not happening all the time. 

LFS.exe version :10.2.1.993

Laserfiche.Workflow.Service.exe Veresion : 10.2.0.216

Please help to resolve this issue.
