Hello one of our users is experiencing this issue. When they press the scan button the scan fails to go through and the application partially locks up and renders the red exit button and all the other means of exiting through the application useless. I have tried reinstalling .NET framework, emptying the TEMP folder, recreating the windows profile, and reinstalling the program. Other buttons inside of the application fail to work as well, besides a few ones like the help button. Any ideas on what else to try?
