workflow email attaching duplicate files

Hello,


I have a workflow that finds an entry (folder) and then attaches the entry to an email. The folder has three entries; 1 upload attachment from Forms, 1 form, and one Generate Word Doc created by workflow. When the folder attachments are sent in an email, the upload attachment and the PDF of the completed form are duplicated. Any suggestions to get around this?

It's hard to say without actually looking at the documents, but it's because you're including both the electronic document and the image pages.

That was it! I needed to uncheck the box to include images as pdf.
