Blank page only on the web client

Hi everyone, 
I'm having an issue where when I upload a PDF to the web version of Laserfiche, one of the pages is blank. The page is blank in the web version of Laserfiche, but not the client version. I'm using Laserfiche Client 10.2.1. The documents are being scanned into PDF format and it's page 5 of the 6 scanned pages that is blank. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I've had this problem many times.  For me, it's either unchecking this (in Chrome):

OR, checking this in IE:
